ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE :
Pitches are free from 02 pm. on the day of arrival and must be vacated on the day
of departure before 10 am. The bungalow, mobile-home’s hiring are from Saturday to Saturday. In case of late arrival that has not been notified to the Management (telegraphic message), the hiring is kept only for 24 hours.

HIRING :
We would like you to take care of the hiring of bungalows, Mobil-homes, etc... and above all to leave them the way you found on arrival. If not a sum of 60 E. would be taken from the guarantee. On your arrival a material inventory will be given to you. You’ll have to give a guarantee 400 E, we’ll give it back to you (by mail to your address less than 8 days) after checking the inventory and closing the hiring. In case of damage or incomplete inventory, the value to replace or to repair possessions would be taken from the deposit. Report to immediately all anomalies or bad working appliance. Smoking in the accommodation is forbidden.

BOOKING :
All modifications in the first booking form must be done by Fax, letter or mail. The manager will send you an acceptation. A month before arrival day the hire cannot be shorter or change, the complete amount of the hire must be paid. The booking is personal and cannot be change or hire with other person. The manager will not accepted person if they are not listed in the booking form, or if they outnumber the hire can accept. No extension of stay can be guaranteed.

PAYMENT :People must pay for all their stay at least on arrival. No pitch or accommodation will be given without full payment. At the time of booking, you pay a deposit and booking fee. In case of cancellation, no refunds will be given whatever reason.

CANCELLED GARANTEE :
It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance, because in case of cancellation of stay prior to arrival, stay interruption or delayed arrival and whatever the cause, the tenant must pay the balance of reservation.

SECURITY :
Coal barbecue is forbidden.You must immediately inform the office if there is fire, material or bodily accident in the site. During your stay, wearing the bracelet, which can be removed and single-use is mandatory for your safety. It will allow you access to camping and swimming. Any lost bracelet will be replaced and charged. The management is only responsible for valuables which have been entrusted. People have to insure their caravan or tent in case of theft. The Management isn’t responsible for any case of client’s possessions stolen or damaged by others.

HYGIENE - DAMAGE :
We earnestly ask you to protect trees and plantations (above all the new ones) no dish water to be thrown on the ground, no nail hammering into trunks, no washing hanging on trees. We ask you to report every possible dirtiness or damage. Leave your place clean (don't leave dustbins, papers, cigarettes etc...), if not a sum of 30 €. will be added to the bill.

DISCIPLINE :
Campers are invited to use all the Camping’s installations carefully. Between 00 am. and 08 am all noise (singing, washing-up, etc...) is forbidden. Every pitch occupants names must be registered. Payment for your stay can be made only when the reception is open. All people who do not respect the camping regulations could be evicted by the Management without return of payments. Inside the Camping people must wear the camping bracelet.

CHILDRENS :
Parents are legally responsible to look after their children, particularly when they are playing in games area.

VISITORS :
They are authorized (without dangerous animal) on the site from 08 am to 08 pm. They must introduce themselves at the office, and paid the duty.

SWIMMING-POOL :
Entrance is strictly forbidden apart from the time table. The regulations are displayed at the entrance. Shorts forbidden, swimsuit compulsory.

ANIMALS :
Animals must be kept under control at all times, non agressive and kept on lead, and clean bag. People may not tie their animals up to trees and leave them alone. Dog from1ère and 2ème class are forbidden.

CIRCULATION :
Speed is limited to 10 Km./h. Parking on the roads is forbidden. Cars must be parked on your own pitch even if others are free.
